I am a User-Centred Design / Product management Practices Executive specialised in innovating and validating business, product, service and policy propositions, marketing, brand and communications strategies, business and operating models.
Bringing 20+ years of experience across private and public sectors within small and large organisations client and agency sides.

I have been often hired to introduce, establish and transfer capabilities across complex and varied business ecosystems (B2B, B2B2C, B2C) to include resources’ planning, hiring, allocation, and management (also leading teams of people managers), developing career pathways, professional development and up-skilling programmes, processes integration and communities.

increasing revenues, uncovering opportunities and capitalising on existing assets, surfacing emerging behaviours and trends (1, 2, 3 to 5 years’ visibility scales), identifying uptake/adoption blockers and barriers, defining behaviour change drivers, shaping up market roll-out, optimising business models and operating models, modelling experiences and processes, designing, piloting and scaling programmes and propositions, mitigating innovation and improvement risks, defining outcomes’ measures and measurement tools.

I hold a Ph.D. in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and Social Research Methods, a M.Sc. in Sociology and a practitioner-focussed M.Sc. (ABD) in Human Computer Interaction & Ergonomics for Experience (Service & Product) Design.
